Silk Fan Flow is a visually stunning, heart opening sequence of flowing movement with fans, deepening your connection to the body, reducing stress levels, boosting self confidence, improving fitness levels and is open to beginners, intermediates and advanced students. 

Natalie has 7 years of extensive experience as both student & teacher of Flow Arts, offering 1 on 1 classes and group workshops from Yallingup, Western Australia.
